RETURNS POLICY    

Simple Returns

It’s simple. We want to know you are 100% happy with your purchase decision and if you aren’t, send it back. We offer a 7 day hassle free return policy on all of our products from the moment you receive your order. Return items must be undamaged, unopened and in saleable condition upon return. Customers just need to cover shipping costs to get it back to us.

Once your returned item(s) arrive and are processed back into our warehouse you can request a full refund, exchange or store credit (minus any shipping and handling costs). Please use the contact form to request a return authorisation and one of our friendly customer service team members will help guide you through the steps – we’ll get you sorted in no time.

Damaged Items

We do our best to ensure all items are carefully packaged and sent from our warehouse. On occasion unfortunately accidents happen – we’re all only human after all. If you do receive damaged goods please shoot us an email with a photo showing the damage and your order number within 24 hours of receiving your goodies and we will organise a replacement.

Incorrectly Received Items

While we are generally 200% on our game there are those odd days where something slips past the keeper and an error happens. We like to blame “Phil”. Phil wants you to know he is sorry and will skip his lunch break just to teach himself a lesson for not paying enough attention. In the meantime, please get in touch with us so we can work out what you’ve got and what you need so we can get the right product sent out to you ASAP!

At the end of the day, we want you to know that your best interests are our main focus. Because they are.
