Rice Bars Recipe – November 20

2 tbsp Butter
1/3 cup Raw Honey
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract, No Added Sugar
1 scoop WPC Powder Vanilla (you can substitute other flavours)
1 1/2 cups Rice Bubbles
1/2 cup Plain Oatmeal
1/4 cup Smooth Almond Butter
1 dash Cooking Spray, Non-Stick


  • Spray a baking tray with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter and stir in the honey, almond butter and vanilla.
  • Turn heat off and add protein powder, oats and rice bubbles.
  • Press the mixture into the pan and let cool or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Dice into bars and enjoy! A great snack on the go.
