INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Butter
1/3 cup Raw Honey
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract, No Added Sugar
1 scoop WPC Powder Vanilla (you can substitute other flavours)
1 1/2 cups Rice Bubbles
1/2 cup Plain Oatmeal
1/4 cup Smooth Almond Butter
1 dash Cooking Spray, Non-Stick
DIRECTIONS
- Spray a baking tray with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter and stir in the honey, almond butter and vanilla.
- Turn heat off and add protein powder, oats and rice bubbles.
- Press the mixture into the pan and let cool or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Dice into bars and enjoy! A great snack on the go.
